No, we're online only, with a collection point in Laudium, Pretoria.

3. How soon can I expect my order after paying for it?
Orders take 1-14 days to process, depending on the item. You'll be notified if it takes longer.

4. How will I receive my order?
You can opt for collection or delivery (fees apply).

5. What are the delivery options and costs?
- Collection in Laudium (Free) 😊
- Pudo Locker (R 100) ; expected delivery time: 2-4 days after items arrive in stock
- Delivery to your door (R 125)
- Delivery to Laudium/Erasmia/Eldo/Raslouw (R 50)

6. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Payment confirms your order. Once you pay, you'll get a notification confirming your order.

7. How do I pay?
You can pay via EFT or Visa/Mastercard.

8. Returns, exchanges, and refunds?
No guarantees/exchanges/returns/refunds unless stated otherwise. However, if an item is out of stock or we can no longer source it, we'll notify you and provide a full refund.
